This application is designed specifically for individuals who have been identified by healthcare professionals as having a high risk of contracting a dangerous communicable disease. DDC-Care serves as a tool for monitoring individuals who may be susceptible to such diseases, with the exclusion of COVID-19. Users are required to input their health information daily into a self-screening form for a specified period determined by healthcare providers to evaluate their risk of contracting a dangerous communicable disease. The data gathered by the application will be utilized by the Thailand Department of Disease Control and authorized institutions solely for the purposes of screening, monitoring, treatment, and disease control related to dangerous communicable diseases. It is ensured that the collected data will not be shared with the public in a manner that could personally identify any user.
